• Some stretching at your desk: You can work out at your desk as well when being at work. You just have to take few minutes out from your work schedule and follow this simple workout. Pick up a paper weight, or a full water-filled bottle, between both hands and sit up tall. Sit in a position with hips & knees forward. Now slowly rotate the bottle from one side of the body to the other side by focusing on contracting your oblique.
• Side bends before grabbing mid-day food: This is one of the great workouts for those, who are at work. Stand straight and keeping arms straight stretch them overhead by keeping palms together. Now, stretch yourself as possible while leaning to the right side. Now come back to start position and do it with left side. Don’t worry if your co-workers give you strange looks while doing this, you may tell them how good it feels and they too would surely join you with this.
