HOW IS CONTOURS EXPRESS DIFFERENT FROM OTHER GYMS?

Our gym is a women’s only facility where you exercise without being self conscious and all our workout programs can be customized to fit your individual needs and goals. Our equipment are specifically built for women, meaning that they’re lighter, smaller and are effective for the female physique and metabolism. We specialize in fitness programs that lasts only 29 minutes, which can fit into any busy schedule. In addition to that, we also provide coaching and progress tracking at no extra charge.

IS THE 29-MINUTE WORKOUT REALLY EFFECTIVE?

Yes, we believe that the 29-minute training will target the problematic parts of your body including your thighs, upper back, bum, arms and more. Many of our members have testified about the effectiveness of the 29-minute Circuit Training. We believe that if women from all backgrounds can benefit from Circuit Training, so can you.

I HAVEN’T EXERCISED IN A LONG TIME. WILL IT BE TOO HARD FOR ME?

We understand how challenging it is for people to begin exercising and therefore have developed a personalized training regimen for beginners so that you start with the easiest low impact exercises before building on its intensity.

WHAT IS VIBRATION TRAINING AND WHO BENEFITS FROM IT?

Vibration Training is a low impact exercise where we use a high tech machine to build your strength and mobility through a series of rapid muscle contractions. It is ideal for those who suffer from joint pain and are seeking for ways to ease that pain.

DO I HAVE TO WAIT IN LINE TO USE THE EQUIPMENT?

Absolutely not, as our unique Circuit Training means that everyone starts at different points and rotate in a systematic manner with no clashes. You’re also free to begin Circuit Training anytime during operational hours without needing to follow a schedule.

WILL I DEVELOP MUSCLES?

Our training systems are designed especially for women to sculpt their physique, increase stamina and achieve their dream body shape. There are no element of body building, and therefore you won’t be developing any bulky muscles.

IF I’M OVER 60 YEARS OLD, CAN I STILL JOIN CONTOURS EXPRESS?

There is no age limit here at Contours Express and we welcome all women regardless of age. In fact, the gym has many members in their golden years and we endeavor to tailor our exercise programs to fit everyone’s needs and fitness goals.

WILL I BE COACHED WHILE I EXERCISE?

Yes, absolutely. We provide a Coach and Track service where our expert trainers will be on hand throughout our operating hours to guide you while you work out. We will also keep track of your progress periodically to ensure that your exercise regimen is effective in achieving your goal and we’ll make the necessary improvements to ensure that you’re always on the right track. You’ll be able to enjoy this service completely free of any extra charge as everything is included in a flat membership rate.

HOW DOES THE WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM WORK?

Our weight loss program complements our physical workout programs, in which we’ll guide and train you how to plan meals and choose healthy foods to maximize your weight loss. We’ll also help you keep a record of how much calories you’ve consumed and how much you burn while working out so that you can plan your calorie intake and workout schedule to lose as much weight as possible within the best time frame.

WHY DO YOU ONLY ACCEPT WOMEN AS MEMBERS?

We aim to create an environment where women can exercise in a comfortable manner without being afraid of stares and judgments. We believe that having an all female gym will help women overcome their fear of public perceptions and exercise in a peaceful and accepting atmosphere.
