Most of the gym for women is staffed by women trainers only.
A healthy life style also means carrying out exercise regime that is more suitable to the feminine physique because very few women look nice with bulging biceps. Therefore, it is better to select a gym with care and one which not only has all latest exercise equipment but also a exercise regime which keeps the fitness level high but keeps the feminine form intact. Women need to consider three main things before choosing a gym.
1) Safety and Security: Is it safe to go this particular gym after dark, late in the evening or in early morning when the roads are lonely? Is the gym situated in a safe location, or is situated in lanes and bye lanes where there is no traffic and hardly any pedestrians walking on the road. While selecting a gym woman need to keep its location in mind.
2) Staff: Is the gym staffed by female trainers and female support staff or it has only male trainers? If it has male trainers only then you need think twice before joining it.
3) Exercise Regime: If the gym has one exercise regime and equipment for all members then it is better to find a gym which has different exercise regimes to suit specific needs of the members
