For people who are used to working out in fitness centers you may have to try different exercises during your pregnancy. It should be moderate and it should not cause any injury to your abdominal region. So it is advisable to avoid contact sports. Anything to do with bouncing, jumping or any diving must be avoided. It is fine to try swimming, jogging or the all time favorite walking. Even a good stretching is good for your body. Try out aerobics or pre- natal yoga whichever suits you better.
