Does it not get more difficult to work upon the last ‘few digits’ to get to the perfect body figure, which you were dreaming for a long time? There is a weight-loss conundrum that, closer one gets to the ideal weight figure, more difficult it gets to achieve it. Yes, it happens because your body preferably holds on the weight to maintain the natural balance; which means that more you work out, your body would too work harder to hold on to the weight.
Well, the trick is to avoid making the body enter the cozy & comfy zone. And for this, you have to alter your work out plan while exercising at the gym.
Here are some explosive moves by the fitness expert at the women gym in Malaysia, which would definitely make you burn the calories and make you touch the final section of weight loss goal.
Dumbbell Swing with One-Arm
Hold a dumbbell in your right hand with down facing palm, and stand straight with two to three feet gap in the feet. Come into a squat position (in a way that thighs are parallel to the floor) and move the dumbbell between the legs. Swing the dumbbell to the chest level by thrusting the hip forward & keeping the knee & arm straight.
To complete one rep., swing the weight between the legs in the squat position.
Push up in Row
Grip dumbbell in your hand and get into pushup position. Now, keep the arms straight and your feet slightly wider than hip-width apart. Do push up by lowering the body to the floor and push yourself back up by pulling dumbbell to the side of your chest. Rest in this position for 1-2 sec and then lower the dumbbell, then repeat on the other side.
This needs strength but would work great for you. Take a bench and stand straight in front of it with feet hip-width apart. Jump on the bench by bending the knees (make sure that you land softly). Repeat the same for 10-15 times.
Prepare yourself to hop by crossing the left leg behind the right and lowering into half squat position. Bring your right arm out to the side, and left arm across the hips. Keep switching the legs & arms by hopping from side to side
According to the fitness expert at trusted fitness centre in Malaysia, it is important to include smart bites in your diet along with these moves. Here are some of those:
• Every few hours eat a small amount of munchies (pick the healthy ones). With this, you will help your body to burn calories instead of holding on to it.
• To avoid getting the ‘hunger feel’ every now & then, include proteins in every meal. This will recover the muscles & help in calorie burning as it digests.
• Add lemon to your water and avoid excess salt. Also limit to foods like broccoli and beans.
